Water Yarning Programme

Water Yarning – Tidings, Flows and Sorrows is a series of yarning circles, each circle is apron. 2-hours in linear time. Each circle is held by an elder or elders who share their knowledge of water and water related issues. Please join us to learn about country, and engage in a paradigm shift through this experience and appreciation for indigenous knowledge, so that we may begin to work ‘two-way’ – together.

Please note, while we are providing a more detailed event programme, any programme can only be an outline. You will be experiencing the goorie way of knowledge sharing. As all good storytellers and teachers know, the teller responds in a living way to the immediate needs of the moment and to a sense of where the listeners are.
